ONE brand new oem Honda IACV (idle air control valve) gasket. This gasket is used on all two wire IACV on all prelude accords integras or civic. This will NOT fit any 96-newer civic with three wire IACV (AUTOMATIC). 
This should be replaced whenever you do a intake manifold, some idle issue can be caused by simple vacuum leaks .
